USMCA ratification a ‘national priority for Canada’: Chrystia Freeland

When speaking to reporters in Ottawa on Wednesday, Deputy Prime Minister Chrystia Freeland stated that ratification of the revised USMCA agreement is a “national priority for Canada,” and that the Canadian government hopes to proceed with ratification “as quickly as possible” in order to conclude negotiations with the United States and Mexico.
